Returning to Ghana: God’s Timing
Now that Megan has married (beautiful wedding and great husband), I am turning my attention and energy to return to Ghana. There are many decisions that need to be made and actions to be completed with many of them are out of my control. I am convinced that God wants it that way, so I have to trust him completely, so he will get all the glory!
It is hard for me to admit that I am not in control and don’t have all the answers! But with my admission, my confidence in God is that much more strengthened. Yes, we are developing a well advised plan for me to return; but the reality is God is directing my steps, which may take me to unplanned destinations and people.
To walk by faith is to walk with the Spirit, by what is unseen but well lit by Scripture; an exhilarating and sometimes perplexing experience! I pray your journey is a journey of faith in Jesus Christ our Lord; allow the old-self to die, it hurts, but it will be worth the pain — God promises!
